Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzones







Makes 2 Calzones

3 cups   Bisquick or Pioneer Brand Baking Mix
1/2 cup   Hot Water
2 tbsp   EVOO
1   Chicken Breast, cooked and cut into 1 inch cubes
2   Bacon Strips, cooked and cut in half
1/2 cup   Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Ranch Dressing
Frank's Red Hot Sauce
Parmesan Cheese, grated

1)   Preheat oven to 450. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2)   In a medium bowl mix the baking mix, hot water, and EVOO until a dough forms. Add an additional tbsp of hot water if needed. Divide the dough in half. 
3)   Place half the dough on surface sprinkled with baking mix. Knead the dough about 10 times or until smooth. Roll into about 6 inch round. Place dough on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Repeat with the remaining half of dough.
4)   Top each round of dough with half of the cooked chicken, bacon, 1/4 cup of cheese, and desired amount of ranch dressing and Frank's Red Hot. Be careful to keep filling away from the edges.
5)   Fold dough over filling and press the edges with a fork. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
6)   Bake 14 - 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
