Crock Pot Vegetable Soup


About 6 Servings

10 oz   Baby Spinach
2   Carrots, chopped
2   Celery Stalks, chopped
1   Large Onion, diced
2   Garlic Cloves, minced
4 cups   Vegetable Broth
28 oz can   Diced Tomatoes
2   Bay Leaves
1 tbsp   Dried Basil
1 tsp   Dried Oregano
½ tsp   Red Pepper Flakes, crushed


1)   Place all ingredients in slow cooker.

2)   Cover and cook on high for 6 hrs.

3)   Remove bay leaves, stir and serve. Enjoy!
