Single Serve Chocolate Cake



Quick Chocolatey Dessert Made in the Microwave!
1 serving

4 tbsp   Flour
3 tbsp   Sugar
2 tbsp   Unsweetened Cocoa
2 tbsp   Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp   Water
2 drops   Vanilla Extract
1/8 cup   Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

1)   In a 16 oz microwaveable glass  dish, combine the flour, sugar, and unsweetened cocoa. 
2)   Then add the vegetable oil, water, and vanilla and stir until thoroughly combined.
3)   Add in the chocolate chips and stir.
4)   Microwave for 1 - 2 minutes. Cake is ready when the top looks dry. Enjoy!

TIP: These can be made in a large coffee mug as well. I used a 16 oz Corningware dish and the cake fit perfectly.
